Saint Maries

St. Maries is a historic North Idaho lumber town centered around the beautiful St. Joe River. It is the county seat of Benewah County with a population just under 10,000. The town hosts the famous Paul Bunyon Days over Labor Day weekend. The event boasts the largest fireworks show in all of Idaho, logging competitions and a carnival. Properties found in St Maries include some wonderful riverfront properties, turn of the century homes and rural acreage on the outskirts of town.
